| Not Nile Special, but Senator Lager. Another popular East African beer |
Senator TM and it's cousin President TM ( named so after he rose to the highest political office on earth) embodied the promise and essence man himself. Made from sorghum, it symbolized the humble beginnings resonating with the suffering but hopeful and ambitious African populace just as much as his message of hope that brings about change resonated with the American voter disillusioned and in search of the American dream, having seen the influence of their land waning following a geopolitical approach characterized by war. PR damaging wars like the Iraq war that eroded America's moral standing.
The image shows the bottled version of Senator. according to Amina, a bartender at the infamous Nabuyole party capital in the Ugandan end of the Busia border town, was in existence way before the more common Keg only version that took the Kenyan (Obama's paternal home) market by storm.
